Digging Deeper Part 2: Moving from Reflection to Practice Continuing the Work of Decolonizing Reflective Supervision
May 28 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
May 28, 2025, 12pm-2pm
Cost: $100
Facilitated by Dr. Amittia Parker and Carmen Rosa Noroña
This training builds on the insights shared during the November 2024 Digging Deeper: Decolonizing Reflective Supervision webinar. Part 1 laid the foundation, exploring the findings of the Digging Deeper Study and the historical and structural forces that shape the practice of Reflective Supervision/Consultation (RSC). Part 2 shifts from awareness to action, focusing on the implications of this work for practice, policy, and systems change.
This session offers an opportunity to engage more deeply with the findings, reflect on their relevance to your work, and consider tangible steps for integrating an anti-racist, equity-informed lens into RSC. For those joining for the first time, this event will provide a valuable space to explore how the IECMH field can continue evolving in ways that honor the voices, histories, and expertise of all communities.
Join us as we continue this essential conversation—one that is not only relevant but necessary for the future of reflective supervision and IECMH.
