Endorsement recognizes experiences that lead to competency in the infant, young children, and family fields. The Center for Early Relational Health’s IECMH Endorsement is cross-sector and multidisciplinary, including professionals in child and/or human development, education, nursing, pediatrics, psychiatry, psychology, social work, and other sectors.
The Center for Early Relational Health is honored to receive funding and provide the scholarship opportunities listed below. Please know that we are continuously seeking out additional opportunities to provide scholarships.

DCYF Scholarships Available for ESIT Providers
This scholarship opportunity is funded by DCYF/ESIT and is available for ESIT Service Providers only. The endorsement is provided by the Center for Early Relational Health. This scholarship assists with covering costs related to Infant Mental Health endorsement registration, membership, processing, and annual renewal fees. There are limited scholarship opportunities available. Each application is reviewed on an individual basis and applying does not guarantee an award of funds.
Apple Health & Tribal Communities Provider Scholarships
If you are pursuing endorsement and serve either Apple Health families or tribal communities in Washington State, there are scholarship funds to cover your entire Endorsement ™ fees. This scholarship assists with covering costs related to Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health endorsement registration, membership, and processing fees. There are two steps you need to take:
- You must meet plan to submit your endorsement application between now and August 15, 2025, and
- You must complete a short form to express your interest (below).
