P-5 Learning & Connection Hour: Community Co-Design
November 3 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Join this one-hour virtual session focused on community centered co-design. Pathways to Progress Alliance and Hummingbird Indigenous Family Services will share their experiences co-designing tools with community. Sharing will include what their process looked like, what worked, what they learned, and the key takeaways from their experiences.
Meet Our Panelists: We’re excited to welcome Mardiya Aga, Executive Director with Pathways to Progress Alliance, and Daysha Gunther, Data Sovereignty Program Manager with Hummingbird Indigenous Family Services.
Spotlight on the Co-Designed Tools
We’ll hear about the Indigenizing Wellness: Reimagining Perinatal Behavioral Health Screening project developed by Hummingbird and Rooted in Culture, Raised with Love: Parenting toolkit developed by Pathways to Progress Alliance.
This event is for anyone interested in learning how to engage community in a co-design process, whether you’re developing a new tool, improving an existing resource, or responding to evolving community needs. If you’ve been leading programs for some time, this conversation may offer new ideas for engaging partners, incorporating community input, and learning from the co-design process along the way.
