This community meeting will share key findings and recommendations from Washington’s Maternal Mortality Review Panel Report: Maternal Deaths 2021–2022. Presenters from the Washington State Department of Health will provide an overview of maternal mortality trends, leading causes of pregnancy-related deaths, disparities, preventability, and the Panel’s priority recommendations to improve maternal health outcomes.
